If you are applying for a work visa and residence in Denmark, you should be aware that the Danish government has just instituted a new salary cap. The new offer of employment should fall within the normal range of salaries in Denmark. Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI) looks up pay statistics from the Confederation of Danish Employers (DA) when assessing applications in order to determine whether a job offer is within the Danish pay-scale norm.
