Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has carried out another round of invitations under the Express Entry program.
In the latest draw, a total of 777 applicants who were eligible under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) received Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent residence.
To qualify in this round, candidates were required to:
- Have a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of at least 699
- Submit their Express Entry profile before 1:16 a.m. UTC on September 6, 2025

- A Healthcare-focused category draw on November 14
- A Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw on November 12
- A previous PNP draw on November 10
With this latest update, IRCC has issued 87,476 ITAs so far in 2025 across all draw types.
Throughout the year, PNP-specific draws have been the most frequent, while additional invitations have gone to candidates with:
- Canadian work experience under CEC
- Strong French language skills
- Occupations in priority categories such as healthcare, education, and skilled trades
