
The New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP) has conducted its first provincial nomination draw since November 16, issuing new invitations on December 9, 2025.
In this draw, the province issued 110 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) across two immigration streams: the New Brunswick Express Entry Stream and the New Brunswick Skilled Worker Stream.
Both rounds applied a cut-off date of December 8, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (AST) and specifically targeted Francophone candidates across all occupational sectors. Applications linked to these invitations will be processed in 2026.
NBPNP Draw Results
Invitations were issued through two streams and three pathways, with most ITAs going to candidates under the Skilled Worker Stream.

Eligibility Criteria for Selected Pathways
Express Entry Stream – Employment in New Brunswick
To qualify under this pathway, candidates must:
- Have an active Express Entry profile
- Have lived in New Brunswick for the past 12 months
- Be working full-time in a non-seasonal TEER 0–3 job for an eligible New Brunswick employer
Applicants must also have 12 consecutive months of authorized full-time work experience in New Brunswick, meet a minimum CLB 7 language requirement, and hold at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
Skilled Worker Stream – New Brunswick Experience
Candidates must:
- Be employed full-time in a non-seasonal role with an eligible New Brunswick employer willing to support the application
- Have at least six months of full-time work experience with the supporting employer
- Have been living in New Brunswick for six months before submitting an Expression of Interest
Skilled Worker Stream – New Brunswick Graduates
To be eligible, candidates must:
- Have completed a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP)-eligible program at a New Brunswick Designated Learning Institution (DLI)
- Be working full-time in a non-seasonal job with an eligible New Brunswick employer, or hold a valid job offer

Under all streams and pathways included in this draw, certain occupations were excluded from consideration for Invitations to Apply.
