
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has announced another Express Entry draw, inviting 423 candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) to apply for permanent residence.
To qualify, candidates needed a minimum CRS score of 749 and must have submitted their Express Entry profile before December 16, 2025, at 10:30 p.m. (UTC).
