
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted a new Express Entry draw, issuing invitations to candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).
In this round, a total of 324 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued to PNP candidates. To qualify, applicants were required to have a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 786 and must have created their Express Entry profile before November 19, 2025, at 6:53 p.m. (UTC).
