Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted another round of invitations through the Express Entry system, issuing 4,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to candidates under the Canadian Experience Class (CEC).
To qualify for this draw, candidates were required to have a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 508 and must have created their Express Entry profile before 10:35 a.m. (UTC) on June 24, 2025.

This round marks the fourth CEC draw and the twelfth Express Entry draw held so far in 2026.
CEC draws this year have featured relatively large invitation numbers, allowing many candidates with Canadian work experience to receive ITAs. As a result, the CRS cut-off score has gradually decreased from 511 earlier in the year to 508 in the latest draw.
Throughout 2026, IRCC has primarily focused on selecting candidates already residing in Canada, particularly those with provincial nominations or Canadian work experience.
