Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued fresh Invitations to Apply (ITAs) through the Express Entry system, continuing a very active month for skilled immigration.
In the latest round, 1,000 ITAs were issued to candidates in the Healthcare and Social Services category. To qualify for this draw, candidates were required to have:
- A minimum CRS score of 476, and
- An Express Entry profile created before 7:44 a.m. (UTC) on November 26, 2025.

This is the third Express Entry draw of December, following a significant Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw on December 11, the largest PNP draw of the year on December 8, and a major French-language proficiency draw on November 28. With multiple rounds of invitations in quick succession, December has become one of the most active periods for IRCC.
So far in 2025, IRCC has issued 106,599 ITAs through the Express Entry system.
Throughout the year, IRCC has largely focused on PNP draws, with additional invitations issued through the CEC program, French-language category, and various occupation-focused draw categories.
