Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted another Express Entry draw and issued 1,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to candidates under the Canadian Experience Class (CEC).
To receive an invitation in this draw, applicants were required to have a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 531, and their Express Entry profiles must have been submitted before 7:02 p.m. UTC on October 8, 2025.

This draw stands out for two key reasons. First, it breaks the recent pattern of monthly CEC draws. Second, it marks a drop in CRS score requirements, ending the consistent cut-offs of 533–534 points that had been observed across the last five CEC draws since August 7, 2025. The updated score of 531 is now the lowest for a CEC-specific draw since July 8, when 3,000 candidates were invited with a CRS score of 518 or higher.
However, IRCC continues the ongoing trend of issuing 1,000 ITAs in each CEC draw, a pattern maintained since early August. With this latest round, the CEC stream has now seen 13 draws this year.
This is also the fifth Express Entry invitation round of November, following recent draws targeting PNP candidates on November 25, healthcare professionals on November 14, and another CEC round on November 12.
So far in 2025, IRCC has issued a total of 88,476 ITAs through Express Entry.
Throughout the year, the majority of invitations have gone to Provincial Nominee Program candidates, while the rest were distributed among CEC applicants, French-speaking candidates, and individuals classified within priority occupation categories under Express Entry.
