Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has once again made headlines by issuing 714 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) through the Express Entry system under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).
To qualify for this draw, candidates needed a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 738 and must have created their Express Entry profile before 2:12 a.m. (UTC) on February 22.

This latest draw marks the first of November and is the first since IRCC announced its Immigration Levels Plan for the next three years. It is also the largest PNP-specific Express Entry draw since April 14, when 825 invitations were issued.
A Strong Start to November Draws
The November 11 draw comes right after three category-based rounds held in late October a French language proficiency draw on October 29, a Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw on October 28, and another PNP draw on October 27.
With this latest round, IRCC has now invited 81,223 candidates through the Express Entry system so far this year, a strong indication that Canada continues to prioritize skilled workers who can contribute to its economy.
