Newfoundland and Labrador’s Latest Draw Records the Fewest Invitations Issued in 2025

On October 22, 2025 Newfoundland and Labrador issued 100 invitations under Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP) and Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP). 

Summary of the Draw:

The NLPNP did not cite the streams under which the invitations were issued. Till 27th October 2025, the province of Newfoundland and Labrador has conducted 12 selection rounds across both provincial immigration programs.

This latest selection round saw the fewest invitations issued per draw across both programs so far this year till October 27, 2025. 

Figures for Provincial Immigration :

Till October 27, 2025, Newfoundland and Labrador issued:

• 2,253 invitations through the NLPNP;
• 793 invitations through the AIP.

Earlier this year, the federal government granted Newfoundland and Labrador an additional 1,000 nomination allocations for the NLPNP—bringing its total number of nomination spaces to 2,050.

As for the AIP, the province was allotted 475 provincial immigration spaces.

In summation, Newfoundland and Labrador has 2,525 nomination slots between its two provincial immigration programs.
