
Manitoba and Prince Edward Island have issued Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for provincial nominations through their respective Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs).
Manitoba PNP (February 14–21)
On February 20, Manitoba conducted draws under two key streams, focusing on highly educated candidates and those with direct invitations.
1. International Education Stream: 19 candidates were invited to apply. To be eligible, candidates needed:
- A master’s degree or higher
- A Manitoba supporter who is a close relative, a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, and has lived in Manitoba for at least one year.
2. Skilled Workers Overseas Stream: 22 candidates received invitations through the strategic recruitment initiative. The minimum score required was 711.
In total, 41 Letters of Advice to Apply were issued, including seven to candidates with valid Express Entry profile numbers and job seeker validation codes.

Prince Edward Island PNP (February 14–21)
On February 20, PEI conducted its second draw of 2025, inviting candidates through the Labour Impact and Express Entry pathways.
Total ITAs Issued: 87
Focus Areas: Candidates working in PEI for at least one year and international student graduates from:
- University of Prince Edward Island (UPEI)
- Holland College
- Collège de l’Île
