Four Provinces Issue Invitations for Provincial Immigration in Recent Draws

Provincial Immigration Updates British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, and Prince Edward Island issue invitations this week.

Alberta

Between November 29 and December 17, Alberta conducted 15 draws across various streams. Over 1,700 candidates were invited to apply for provincial nomination, with minimum scores varying by stream.

British Columbia

On December 17, the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP) held draws under its Entrepreneur Base and Regional streams. A total of 11 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued, each stream having its own cutoff score.

Manitoba

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducted two draws on December 18:

• International Education Stream: 297 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) were issued to eligible candidates.
• Skilled Worker Overseas Stream: 102 candidates were invited, with a minimum score of 630.

In total, 399 LAAs were issued, including 43 to candidates who provided a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.

Prince Edward Island

On December 16, the PEI Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) held draws under two streams:

• Labour and Express Entry Stream: 32 candidates were invited.
• Business Work Permit Entrepreneur Stream: One candidate received an invitation with a minimum score of 125.
