Newfoundland and Labrador has issued 122 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to foreign nationals seeking a provincial nomination for Canadian permanent residence. The latest selection round was held on August 18, 2026, with all invitations issued through the Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP).

This draw is particularly notable because it is the first selection round of 2026 in which no candidates were invited through the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP). Previous draws this year included invitations through both the NLPNP and AIP.
