New Brunswick has invited 669 immigration candidates through a series of provincial selection rounds held on June 3 and June 4, 2026, under the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP) and the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP).
The latest invitation rounds targeted workers across several priority sectors, including construction, healthcare, education, manufacturing, transportation, professional occupations and information technology, reflecting the province’s continued focus on addressing labour shortages.
The largest share of invitations was issued through the New Brunswick Skilled Worker Stream, with a total of 381 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) distributed across two pathways on June 3.
The New Brunswick Experience pathway invited 243 candidates employed in construction and healthcare occupations. This pathway is designed for individuals who are already living and working full-time in the province with an eligible employer and have accumulated at least six months of work experience.
Meanwhile, the New Brunswick Graduates pathway issued 138 invitations to eligible international graduates working for provincial employers. Candidates from education, social and community services, construction trades, healthcare and transportation occupations were prioritized.
The cut-off for both Skilled Worker draws was June 2, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
New Brunswick also conducted two selection rounds under its Strategic Initiative Stream, issuing 146 invitations to French-speaking candidates.
The New Brunswick Francophone Priorities pathway invited 94 candidates, while the Francophone Workers in New Brunswick pathway issued 52 invitations.
Selected occupations included construction trades, education and community services, healthcare, manufacturing, professional and IT occupations, transportation and sales and service roles.
The Francophone Priorities pathway supports French-speaking candidates with strong connections to New Brunswick, including graduates from eligible francophone institutions and individuals selected through provincial recruitment initiatives.
The Francophone Workers pathway targets French-speaking foreign nationals who have been working in the province or who obtained employment through provincial recruitment missions.
Both draws used a cut-off date of June 2, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. AST.
On June 4, the province invited 75 candidates through the New Brunswick Express Entry Stream under the Employment in New Brunswick pathway.

This pathway is intended for Express Entry candidates who have lived in New Brunswick for at least one year while working full-time for an eligible employer in a TEER 0–3 occupation.

In addition to the provincial nominee draws, New Brunswick also invited 97 candidates through the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) on June 3.
Candidates with active Expression of Interest profiles and employment in priority occupations received invitations.

The AIP remains an employer-driven permanent residence pathway that allows designated employers in Atlantic Canada to recruit international talent for positions that cannot be filled locally. Applicants must possess a valid job offer endorsed by the province and satisfy language, education, work experience and settlement fund requirements.
The June draw series demonstrates New Brunswick’s ongoing efforts to attract skilled workers across high-demand industries while supporting economic growth and population expansion. With 669 invitations issued across six separate draws, the province continues to utilize multiple immigration pathways to meet its evolving workforce requirements and strengthen communities throughout the province.
