  • Ability to handle queries and complaints professionally
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, emails, and call systems
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Quick learner with a customer-first mindset

Education + Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support or client servicing
  • Prior experience in handling calls/emails/chats
  • Experience in immigration, education, or service-based industries is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
