Branch Manager Study Abroad

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager for our Study Abroad division who can drive business growth, manage day-to-day operations, and lead a team of education consultants. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing student counseling, ensuring smooth processes for admissions, and building relationships with universities and education institutions. If you have a passion for helping students achieve their dreams of studying abroad and can lead a team to success, this position is for you.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of study abroad programs, visa procedures, and admission processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with students and universities
• Ability to develop strategies to increase business and improve team performance
• Proficiency in CRM systems, office management, and reporting tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex client situations

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the study abroad or education consulting industry
• Proven track record of managing teams and achieving business targets
• Strong knowledge of international education systems and student visa requirements
• Previous experience in managing a branch or office is a plus
