Keep track of counselors performance and check follow up status.
Ensure that correct course is being provided to the student as per his/her requirement.
Analyze student need and then ensuring that proper guidance is being provided to them and their parents.
Manage visa counseling, visa processing, documentation and follow ups in streamlined manner.
Keep track of competitor's activity and then make strategy accordingly.
Provide training to staff from time to time and updating them with all the new rules and processes of all countries.
Ensure that staff is working in healthy environment, so that all can put in their best.
Induction and training of new joiners.
Manage finances and budgets of the company.
Maintain petty cash expenses and ensuring no wastage is being done by any member in the team.
Ensure excellent services to the clients and the delegates whoever visits the office.
Meeting assigned targets.
Conducting events for Data generation, managing day to day operations of Branch including Marketing, Sales, HR & Admin.
Ensuring Brand Building & Brand Promotion in the region & state.
Seminars in Schools & Colleges.
Participation in Fairs.
